After pickup from your Siem Reap hotel, travel to the Angkor Archaeological Park in the comfort of an air-conditioned minivan. Once you’ve purchased your entrance tickets (not included), set out on a guided tour of the ancient temples.

Start by marveling at the much-photographed temple of Angkor Wat and hear the fascinating history of the Khmer Empire as you follow your guide around the impressively preserved ruins. Continue to the walled temple complex of Angkor Thom, pass through the grand South Gate, and visit architectural highlights including Bayon Temple, the Elephant Terrace, and the Terrace of Leper King. After breaking for lunch (own expense), admire the overgrown ruins of Ta Phrom and discover why it’s nicknamed the “Jungle Temple.”

Really great, long day

As a single traveler I wanted to join a group tour to see the temples and this group was perfect. I only had one full day in Siem Reap so to have been able to see Angkor Wat, Bayon Temples (Smiling Temple), and Ta Phrom (Tomb Raider Temple) was really amazing. Our guide Borain was super nice, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. In fact, he was willing to show us even more temples but after exploring for hours in the heat the group was just too exhausted. Great tour, would highly reccomend

"OTTIMA AGENZIA, OTTIME GUIDE"

Agenzia CONSIGLIATISSIMA. Guide CONSIGLIATISSIME. Il Team Leader

Ankor Wat

Our guide Marin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Learnt a lot about the various temples and had a good trip. Restaurant was the only bit of a let down as food was a bit expensive for what it was ($7+ for any main course) and took far too long to arrive, hence we have a 4 instead of 5

Angkor Wat day trip

Group of five on a day trip. Guide Marin was really knowledgable and friendly. The temples and ruins in the morning were fantastic. Can’t believe how close you get and that you can walk through the ruins.Loads of great photo opportunities, pointed out by guide.Angkor wat in afternoon was highlight of the day. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing (no bear shoulders) Excellent tour - well organised and informative.

Angkor Wat and other amazing ruins

Our guide, Phearom, went of of his way to make this a memorable tour. I was expecting to see Angkor Wat, which we did, but we also visited the Angkor Thom complex and other beautiful sites. Lunch (on our dime) was excellent.

Great value for a just-right portion of Temple visit

First, there will be lots of walking. Be prepared if you're someone who never walks. The tour was just perfect for me. Booked it a few days before. Tour guide and driver picked me up from the Le Méridien Angkor. There were already another couple and a guy in the small minibus. Total of just 4 of us. The tour guide was very informative and spoke English well. The tour started at Angkor Wat. The price does not include the Day ticket. So, first stop ticket office. You can pay with credit card here. Then off we go to the temple. The weather was perfect in mid January. I can't imagine coming here in the summer. It would be way too hot. We spent about an hour and half walking around with the guide explaining the stories and history. We also went to other temples after including the famous Bayon Temple. We stopped for lunch for about an hour. It was a good time to cool off. Lunch is not included. You would pay yourself. This was the only thing I wasn't too impressed with. We were dropped off at this restaurant. Though the food was decent, I felt the price was a bit high for Cambodian standards. Especially compared to what I spent down at the night market/Pub Street. Oh well.. After lunch we went to one more temple and ended the tour at the Stone faces on the bridge at the south gate of Angkor Thom. We were then dropped off at multiple different places. I was dropped off at this massage place across from my hotel to get a basic 1hr massage for $8. It was cheap and better than the $200 massage I got on a cruise once.

Angkor Wat Full Day Tour

The Angkor Wat Full Day Tour ticked the boxes of the major sites in Angkor National Park in one day, so it was a long day but enjoyable and very good value for money. Our tour guide Marin retained his energy and enthusiasm throughout the long day, and was informative on all the sites we visited.

Great Day

Good day as we were touring Angkor Wat with a small group. Guide was knowledgeable and it was a very long day, very tiring, but well worth the money. Plenty of time looking through the temples, both alone and as part of the group. There was nothing that we missed out on. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
