A MUST EXPERIENCE

Our group got Vibol as our guide. This tour is a must when one want to understand more about Cambodia and how the country become what it is today. Having a guide, one can understand the underlaying essence of how the citizen feel. Especially Vibol went through Pol Pot himself. I enjoy his cheeriness despite what had happened in the past. Having him as a guide is like having a living proof of history walking you through the past. I really enjoy it. It was knowledgeable!

Exceptional tour guide.

Great tour of killing fields and museums. Our guide had relatives in the mass killings of the 1970’s so he has a personal touch to his comments. Pictures of the victims along with children are haunting.Royal place was closed for renovations.

Confronting.

A small group tour. . Very knowledgeable guide patiently explaining the reasons behind the conflict . Confronting, sad, but so worthwhile. We missed the palace and the silver pagoda on this tour as it was still closed. Slightly annoyed as we didn't find out till the tour started. . In hindsight after the genocide museum and the killing fields I think we were all glad to finish early.

Best tour guide and driver in Phnom Penh

the knowledge and the (unfortunate) first hand experience of the atrocities of the khmer rouge allowed us to see a survivor’s story of our tour guide Sypaht. His knowledge of the Cambodian genocide was riveting and allowed us to really feel what he felt during this horrible time in history.
