Our tour guide Choub was very knowledgeable & fun! This was a small group day tour & we were able to avoid the large crowds early in the morning due to our guide’s experience. This enabled us to take many unobstructed pictures & we enjoyed our time much more. Would highly recommend!

We highly recommend this tour. Mr. San was a highly informative and passionate man who gave powerful insights into the Cambodian culture as well as this particular lake and community. Cannot recommend enough. Definitely worth doing the extra leg in the small local boats.

Sorphea gave us excellent information including sharing stories from his own background which made our tour so much more personal and real. He was knowledgeable, caring and nice.

Wir hatten einen tollen Tag mit unserem Guide Mr Nak. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Sonnenaufgang bei Angkor wat gesehen und konnten tolle Fotos machen. Danach ging es entlang der kleinen Runde weiter. Unser Guide war immer hilfsbereit, super freundlich und hatte eine tolle mitreißende Art. Seine Informationen zur Geschichte und Hintergründen der Tempel waren sehr interessant und genau richtig im Bezug auf die Menge. Er wusste von welchen Plätzen aus man sehr schöne Fotos machen kann. Noch einmal vielen Dank für diesen schönen Tag!

We booked a tour after checking other alternatives and this one seem to be the more appropriate since it had a guide and a car for transport. I think most of the Angor wat tours do not include the ticketing for acces in the area so in order to enjoy at the fullest your one day pass, you must look for a tour and a guide that will guide you to as many sites in the park at a good price. We had 5 stops (4 Temples and one city gate). Our guide (Choub) was very helpful and well prepared and it was obvious he is also passionate about what he does and offered good insights of the temple's history. The tour does not include lunch and we went to an inside restaurant fancied by the agency I guess. The prices are higher than those from the city but I guess this is a way to help local business. The tour ended around 4 pm and that was OK for us since we had time to relax back to the hotel.

Yes, it can be crowded, but this is a must-see piece of history and is well-worth the trip and price of admission. Go early and have a more intimate experience with the magic of this remarkable place.
