Green Era Travel, created a pesonalised private tour for my wife and I which included all transfers, guides, drivers, entrance tickets and hotels. We were sent a copy of suggested itineraries and hotels and were able to ask questions and make changes. We reviewed the hotels before committing and also asked questions which were all responded to promptly. The service levels were superb before we travelled and were equally as good during our time in Cambodia. We visited and toured Siem Reap, transferred to Phnom Penh and had more tours, transferred to Koh Rong for a beach break and nothing went wrong, everything was done on time as promised and considering we had 2 different guides, 5 different drivers and ferries to catch it had every chance to go wrong. We had contact details for guides or representatives in each area so we never felt out of touch. The tours took in everything you would expect in these locations and we were not disappointed in anyway. This company was superb and dealing with Vibol (Jeff) before our trip was easy and stress free. Our main guide in Siem Reap was Phearom and he was superb, after dropping us off in Phnom Penh he made us take his number so we could contact him if anything was problem for the rest of our tour even though his time with us was over. We really appreciated that and shows the level of customer service the team provide. If you are going to Cambodia and need a tour, use this company as they are full of great people!

We had a wonderful guide that took us to some of the out of the way temples. It was so interesting to hear the stories of the country from someone who experienced both the good and bad from his country. Out of all the temples in Siem Reap, my husband liked the “medical temple” the best. It was amazing to talk about the medicines of those times. He even showed us the bark used to treat malaria and tasted it! We would not have gone to this temple without this tour, and it was the most interesting. The lunch was delicious and only $7. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful day, led by Nak and Khen, the driver. Nak was super-knowledgeable about the three temples, and ensured that we got the best pictures. He was also very flexible with the schedule and lunch was shorter than planned so that we could visit the last temple. For under $25, this was great value, and facilitated by the energetic and good-humoured Nak.

We had a realy nice Tour with our Guide Nak to Angkor Wat, Victory Gate, Bayon Tempel and the Ta Prohm Tempel.He explained a lot and did even pictures from us :)

This tour is a definite must if your visiting Siem Reap, was fantastic to see the village on stilts and learn about how the people adapt their lives when the flood season begins. The trip atook us on a traditional boat through the villages and onto Tonle Sap Lake where you can see how big the lake is and imagine how much lager it is during wet season. After the boat trip we were able to walk through the village. I would love to take the same tour during the wet season and see it from a different perspective. Our tour guide Phearom, was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly throughout the trip. He was very friendly,and cheerful the whole time. Great tour and great tour guide ????

We had a wonderful day learning all about the temples of Angkor! Our guide - San - was very informative, super friendly & funny and attentive. It’s the best tour we have done on our trip so far. Thank you for a fantastic day!

I wanted to have a guide at least for my first day in Siem Reap. But many are expensive,so I looked on tripadvisor and I found green era. It s really cheap for one day with a really nice guide,with van transport and many water bottles! Our guide San has been really patient and explained a lot and speaks good English. He is funny and always takes very good pictures. This day flies so fast!

We had a terrific time with our driver, Ken, and our tour guide, Nak. They were both very friendly and sociable, with very good English linguistic skills. There was always cold water in the back of the car with fast travel from temple to temple, and talks about the history of whichever temple well on the ride to it. They seem very experienced in the tour business with their clear understandings of siem reap’s and Angkor’s unique history. We visited about 15 temples, selected based on the richness of their history. The explanations at each part of the temple were in depth, and he was able to answer every random question we threw at him. As for the restaurant selections, they make educated choices with good food, hammocks, and shade. If you are trying to find the guides after lunch, you can find them talking to friends well on hammocks. They are very open to changes of plans and schedule rearrangement, and make an effort to offer the best care. They make it look easy, and do it exceptionally well. I highly suggest Nak, the tour guide, and Khen, the driver.
