Tonle Sap Lake and Kampong Phluk Half-Day Tours from Siem Reap (4-5h)

We had a wonderful tour with San. The boat ride to the floating village was nice and San showed us around the village. The canoe ride was beautiful as well, a very amazing experience! Everyone is so friendly here!

We had a wonderful day with Nak. We went to the market on the way and tried some fruits and a fried rice cake. It was wonderful seeing everything from his village. We then drove on towards the lake where we rode on a long boat with an engine and went towards the town. We saw a lot of sites and the temple. We walked down the street and bought some paper and pencils for the children. We went to their English class and talked with them. They sang us songs which was very sweet. We walked some more and then went back to the boat towards the lake. We got on a small boat which someone paddled through the mangrove forest, which was cool and peaceful. We then went out to the big lake and went to a floating restaurant and had drinks. We talked for a while about the area and Cambodia. We returned and stopped for lunch at a wonderful restaurant in Rolous on the river. We came back late and were happy to have spent extra time at lunch out there. The food was wonderful, and the setting was nice. Nak was a monk who has studied a lot. He is very knowledgable and professional, and his English is very advanced. We appreciated the wonderful day, and we hope to see him again one day and bring our children back here. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful half day tour with Chanthorn and his lovely driver . Chanthorn was knowledgeable , informative , pleasant and friendly . The tour was eye opening and highly recommended ????????

I loved walking through the village and meeting the children who live there. Our guide was not only knowledgeable but he was very personable. He explained the schedule for the day and shared his vast knowledge of the places on the tour because he grew up in the area. His knowledge about Buddhist teachings and ways was interspersed throughout the tour. He was very funny. We met many people along the way. It is a small thing in my opinion to help the people out by supporting their business with small amounts of money. The Cambodian people we met were among the poorest yet friendliest I have encountered. Their simple lives, strong family bonds and apparent happiness left me with lots to ponder. I know I will never forget the experience.

Nah, my guide, and James Bond (driver) gave a very friendly and informative tour. We went to the market first and then took a boat through the forest. An incredible morning. Highly recommend!

Our guide Nak Chum suggested this tour since in our itinerary this day was just rest day. We had a great time it was another world from the world of temples. And it was fascinating. The boat ride on the Tonle Sap was beautiful. And also would like to mention our driver Borei, very efficient and he drove us very safely from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. All in all would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in doing a through tour of Siem Reap.

A very relaxing and enjoying trip to Toe Sap Lake. Nak and our Driver Mr Borey took us to the floating village, mangrove canoeing and also a walk through in a local market. It was a very enjoyable trip with great memories. Mr Nak made it extremely enjoyable with his explanations and he also doubled as our Photographer.

Had a very great day with Nak our Tourguide. He is so kind and gives us a lot of historical information. He showed us the best places to make great pictures and also was also the photographer some times! Pick up from our hotel was easy. You get a cool water a the car at any time! The driver (Borey)was also very kind and took us safely to every place. Thanks for this great day. i recommend this tour!

Silen truy was an absolutely amazing guide and I can’t thank her enough for a wonderful tour ! She exceeded our expectations and gave us lots of wonderful recommendations of other things to do at the end. The floating village was amazing , and we stopped at a lovely restaurant for lunch ! Would strongly recommend this tour and company for seeing how a real khmer fisherman’s village runs.
