We came all the way from SouthEast side of Asia, the Philippines, to witness first hand Cambodia's World Heritage Temple...Angkor Wat is the ultimate expression Khmer genius with its breathtaking structures that were both stunning on grand scale and intricate details. Our experience was all the more made memorable and thoroughly educational by the excellent guidance and lectures by our local guide, Vichet.

The visit to Tonle Sap Lake (Kampong Phluk) made us realize how different the world is and how people live... they live in stilted houses to protect themselves from flood water. But why they have to do that....the answer is that the same water is what is feeding them... selling fish, tourism, etc. The boating experience was excellent. Our Guide (Phearom) spoke good English and he did well. We booked the trip online with Green Era Travel before landing in Siem Reap but later came to know that it was too expensive (US$33) compared to booking it locally in Siem Reap with travel agents like Easy Tour travels (only US$18). So don't book online.

This was a wonderful day tour and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave many historical facts from the start to the end of the tour. He was very friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to ensure everyone enjoyed the tour. The lunch was provided at a local restaurant and the food was very good. Me and my son's had a great time and would recommend this tour to anyone.

Had a great experience with the village of Kompong Phluk and wish I could have hadmore time there and less on Tonle Sap Lake, but maybe that's because I love people. The guide was great, charismatic and very cool.

A real eye opener and a great experience made special by our guide Phearom who was really helpful and passionate about his country. Great memories of happy children with wide smiles on their faces despite not having material things and living a fairly basic life.

We just finished a fabulous tour of the three main temples. Our pickup at the hotel was right on time and the van was very comfortable. Our tour guide Phearom was very knowledgeable and his English was excellent. He allowed us time to stroll around on our own and we were not rushed. We would highly recommend this tour!

The tour is a must to see how the villagers in Kampong Phluk adapt to the annual changes in their environment, from wet to dry season. Our guide Borain has shared a lot of information about the people and the tour.

A cool way to see a very different part for the world. The guide was great - although we could have gotten more information on what it is was like to live in the stilt village. It might be interesting to see if there is an appropriate way to get out and walk around - although I am sure that might be seen as disrespectful by some. We booked this the day before the tour, and the operator was great in communicating to us when our hotel pick up would be. Overall I thought they did a great job.
