Having a tour guide from this company made the trip even more enjoyable, Phearom was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had plenty of water (as much as we needed), which was so much better than every other tour we have been on, especially as food/drink is much more expensive in Angkor. I feel like we visited the main aspects of Angkor, so we were happy with that. The ONLY negative thing I would say is that we finished touring the temples on our list by not long after 2pm and weren't due to go up the hill ready for sunset until 4:30. There were only 4 of us in our tour group, which may be why it took less time than usual, the other 2 went home. We were then just hanging around by ourselves until 4:15 when Phearom collected us again. It would have been nice to visit somewhere else in the gap just to help pass the time a bit more and fill the day, seeing as it is a "day tour" and you are paying a decent amount of money. We were told we could have walked to Angkor Wat again, but everything else was much further away and it would have been nice to see another place. Maybe this is something your company could consider in future to improve your tour with small groups that have a lot of leftover time? This is the sole reason I have not given 5 stars, but I would definitely recommend this company as everything else was great! :)

I wanted to book the tour for 1 person through Viator website but the booking could only be done for at least 2 people. So, I booked for 2 people and called Green Era Travel to explain that. They gave me the refund for 1 person on the tour day. I am very impressed with that. (Cost for 1 person is US$16. So, quite good value for whole day tour! Angkor entrance fee excluded) It was a very small group tour, only me and the other couple. Our guide, Lux was a nice and considerate planner. He took us to Angkor Wat at the least busiest time of the day for us to take beautiful photos. He also have good knowledge of history for general tour group. The driver was quite attentive and good driver. We had quite a smooth journey and did not have any problems on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with this tour. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. P.S. I am giving only 4/5 stars rating because I don't like the restaurant they dropped us at. The food was not that great and it was quite expensive.

We r a group of 3 family members (1 from Aust, Looi; 1 from Penang, Kin & lastly myself, Heoh from Kuala Lumpur), our first trip to Cambodia. Tour guide Van Louh, was assigned to take care of us for d 2 days tour. We r v happy as we found him to b v professional in imparting d history of d Angkor Wat to us. Besides, he is also a patriotic citizen to his beloved country. He has gone d extra mile to make our trip an enjoyable n informative one. Besides him, driver Thnou Borey n d other one, (I forgot his name, on d 27th Aug, who drove us around) r both excellent drivers, ensuring safety n comfort as we moved around d different archeological sites. They r hard-working, ensuring d vehicles r kept clean each time we hopped back onto d van. Last but not least, all three, guide n drivers were v polite n hv good mannerism. Ur company n country should b proud of them. I wld like to say a BIG THANK U & would not hesitate to recommend ur company to my friends n relatives who r interested to visit ur country. It rained very hard in the morning so the day didn't start as planned; but Angkor Wat is Angkor Wat so rain or shine it's up to you to see the beauty of the place. Our guide was okay but on the way home we got lost, I think the driver doesn't know the new hotels around the place. generally okay

Our group of five was guided by San it was great. It is a very informative tour about 8h with a lunch stop. San speaks well English and is very friendly and passionate about his job. He was also ready to answer every question and advice us on other activities. San took us to some great photography spots and also ensured we avoid masses of tourists. As it's began to rain he quickly provided us with umbrellas plus bottled water was available throughout the trip. Lunch was delicious but as expected for a restaurant inside the Angkor Complex (and as students) a bit pricy. All in all we can only recommend this tour especially because of its fair price and dedicated guide.

The tour was value for money where we visited 3 temples (Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple and Ta Prohm). However the tour guide did not bring us to Phnom Bakheng for sunset view though it was written in the tour description. He was also very forceful in getting us to write him a review on TripAdvisor! :(

Our tour of the angkor temples started off with the pick up from our hostel which worked very well as did all of the logistical parts. Our guide made sure there was no problem getting our tickets and we didn't have to wait in line. Once inside the complex he provided us with plenty of information which was a bit overwhelming at first due to his cambodian accent. The tour was great after that first stage and we saw the most important temples with enough information to know what we were looking at.

It was pretty amazing to see all the old temples where we were driven by car from spot to spot. We also got cold water for free what was very important... we also wanted to see the sunset, but the weather wasn't good enough, that was pretty bad.
