All in all, our guide, Phearom, made it an informative and wonderful Angkor tour. Phearom‘s knowledge, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond made the tour one to remember. Your company should be very proud to have an employeee such as Phearom, who is not only a great representative for your company but also someone who makes for a great tour

My friend and I did the sunrise tour.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Take the private tour there is so much to learn about this beautiful sight. Our tour guide Nak was very knowledgeable about the local area and it’s history.I’d also like to note that what a difference it makes when your guide is extremely passionate and willing to teach you as much as possible in the time you have together. We had a great time during this day trip to the temples of Angkor, Ta Prom and Bayon. The guide Mr Phearom was very helpful and provided with all useful information. The place we stopped by for lunch served delicious food which we equally enjoyed. A recommended tour to take while Siem Reap.

We booked this tour end of last December and we are truly satisfied with it. Our tour guide, Mr. Bunchhoub was very informative, funny and entertaining as well. Throughout the whole tour, we really learned a lot about the history of the Angkor Wat and about the Khmer Empire history as well. We can't imagine if we just go here without the tour guide, we would be totally clueless about what did we see about this amazing ancient structures. His explanation on each place we visited is very easy to understand. He is also very understanding in regards to the time we spent on each location and would advised gently on the time we should spent on each locations to ensure the tour went out smoothly. He is able to spot the perfect photo spots for each location and get us to the place where it is less crowded since we were there during peak season. On top of all, I would truly recommend this tour and especially Bunchhoub as the tour guide. I am so lucky to be part of Bunchhoub family! (that's what he addressed his group during the whole tour)

This is an excellent tour and great value for money in my opinion. You need to pay for entry into the temples ($37 USD day) which is pretty standard for all the other tours we looked at and also lunch (about $6-8 - big serve) at a local restaurant. The restaurant food was delicious (try the fish curry in a coconut!). There is unlimited free cold water on the trip throughout the day. On our tour there were 6 ppl so it was great to have a small group experience. The temples themselves were stunning! A must see! Our guide, Phearom was fantastic! His English is excellent, he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I learnt heaps about the Angkor complex and about Cambodia in general as well. He has a wonderful sense of humour and made the tour both educational and fun and he always had a smile on his face. He showed us lots of excellent spots for photos, offering to take photos of us in front of the temples and made sure we felt looked after throughout the day. I would recommend this tour to friends and family, and hopefully u get Phearom as your guide!

Abbiamo prenotato con Green Era un tour privato di una decina di giorni. La guida e l'autista ci sono venuti a prendere all'hotel a Phnom Penh dove avevamo già trascorso alcuni giorni. Da lì abbiamo visitato Battambang, Siem Reap con i Templi di Angkor ed i villaggi galleggianti (evitando quelli stra-turistici), poi Kampot, ed infine Koh Rong Sanloem e rientro con pick up da Sianoukville fino all'aeroporto di Phnom Penh. Green Era ha organizzato tutto alla perfezione, ma un grazie speciale alla nostra guida/amico Chamrong. Avevamo chiesto che la guida parlasse italiano (mio figlio piccolo l'inglese non lo parla). Chamrong parla un ottimo italiano, ma soprattutto ci ha davvero fatto vivere una bellissima esperienza a contatto con la cultura e gli usi locali. Oltre ad amare la Cambogia e ad essere un ottima guida per quanto riguarda la storia e l'arte del paese, ci ha fatto fare un tuffo nella realtà e nella cultura Cambogiana. Gli siamo davvero grati per aver trasformato una vacanza in una esperienza speciale.

We have completely enjoyed this half day tour. I am pleasantly surprised as i did not expect much before the tour. I guess having a great tour guide ( Chau Touchsan) help making our trip more interesting. Touchsan is very knowledgable and engaging throughout the trip, fluent in english.., he took us to a great place for lunch and provide great advise on food, and even went out of his way to drive us to local market to buy local fruits to take back to hotel...5- stars for a great tour guide.

Our tour was the day tour to Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm and Bayon. This was a great tour with an excellent price point compared to others that we saw. $53 for two instead of $200 - yes we had to purchase our temple passes but that is the case on all tours. I had seen these sights on a previous visit in 2017 but this was my boyfriends first time in Siem Reap. We both loved the tour and I learned so much! Our guide was great - we had change hotels and he established when he picked us up he would come back for our luggage and take us to the new hotel- this was a weight off my mind all day and a very caring touch. Our guide gave us lots of information, spoke excellent English and really cares that we enjoyed our day and that we felt safe. He gave us ways to contact him if we got lost - I’ve been lost on the temple tour before so this was great! Phaerom gave excellent advise and he made sure we got to our hotel, got checked in and helped translate everything for us. He made the tour very happy - he has an excellent sense of humour. We are booking with Green Era for tours today because he was so good. Great pace to see a lot of things. Phaerom also made sure I found all the libraries at the sites as I’m a librarian. Great day!
