Once again, I booked my ride with Phearom – this time from my hotel back to the airport – and as expected, the service was flawless. What I really appreciate is how easy it is to communicate with him through WhatsApp. He’s very responsive and accommodating, which makes planning stress-free. I told him exactly what time I needed to be picked up, and he was right on time – punctuality is a big deal for me, and he never disappoints. Just like before, he greeted me with a cold towel and chilled water – small touches that go a long way and really show how thoughtful and professional he is. His friendliness and warm personality make every ride so pleasant. During our drive, I mentioned that I’d love to visit Battambang next time, and he already shared some great recommendations. He even mentioned that he offers service from Siem Reap Airport to Battambang, which I will definitely consider on my next trip. We used this airport transfer service the day after Khmer New Year, when the roads were absolutely packed with traffic. Thankfully, our driver S. Seiha was amazing – he clearly knows the area like the back of his hand and skillfully avoided the worst of the traffic to make sure we got to the airport on time. Beyond just getting us there efficiently, he made the ride really enjoyable. He pointed out interesting sights along the way and shared a lot about Cambodia, which added a special touch to our journey. We had an amazing time with Sophy as our guide and Mr Heang as our driver. Sophy was knowledgeable and experienced, and took excellent photos. We visited several temples and enjoyed learning about each one, without being overwhelmed with information. Hotel pick up and drop off were flawless. Highly recommend!

What an amazing tour of Angkor Wat thanks to our wonderful guide Mr Soy Dy and his great tuk tuk driver. We booked last minute, great communication and on time pick up followed by a great tour. Mr Dy was kind, very knowledgeable and has an inspirational personal story. He is also an expert photographer - thank you for the memories and happy new year!

The time spent with Nak was delightful. We started at the hotel, drove to the town where he grew up. Walked through the village and explored the market. We arrived at the boat and went out onto the lake. He told us the history of the area and conveyed stories about growing up there. We vehicle was clean and well stocked with cool towels and water. We really enjoyed our time. Great experience.

Our guide Samun and driver Cheat were both excellent. They were waiting for us before the pickup time. Samun is very knowledgeable, he explained the history in detail and took us to the best photo spots. He is an excellent photographer and sent us the photos immediately. He was very courteous and flexible with the itinerary. Cheat was ready for us with chilled towels and bottled water, very welcome in the heat, and drove us safely back after the tour finished. I highly recommend our guide Samun and driver Cheat, they made our sunrise tour to the Angkor Wat complex unforgettable!

We had the most incredible experience exploring the Angkor Wat temples with our guide, San! From the moment he picked us up in his TukTuk driver, we felt warmly welcomed and in excellent hands. San is not only extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture, and architecture of the temples, but he also has a great sense of humor and made the entire day so much fun. He planned our route perfectly to avoid the crowds and the heat, and we got to see all the major sites as well as a few hidden gems we never would have found on our own. His storytelling brought the temples to life and gave us such a deep appreciation for their history and significance. What made the day even more special was having lunch together – it felt like sharing a meal with a friend. San took us to a local spot with delicious food, and it was a lovely moment to relax and chat more about Cambodia and its people. We can’t recommend San highly enough! If you’re visiting Angkor Wat, don’t hesitate to book a tour with him – it will truly be a highlight of your trip.
