I really enjoyed the tour with Nak. He is very friendly, his Englisch is very good and he knows a lot about the different temples. He is very happy to share his knowledge. Pick up was on time and during the tour we were provided with cold water.

Our tour guide, Thom, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and spoke good English. He was able to explain the significance of the sites we visited and that was all very good.However, there really is not that much that is worth seeing so the tour itself did not offer very much

Our guide Siphat gave us a very personal tour sharing his experience during the period 1975 to 1979. Over the 5 hr tour in a tuk tuk, we visited the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Killing Fields and Genocide museum. At times we struggled to understand Siphats English but he was still able to give us a very comprehensive insight into the era of the Khmer Rouge

Pros: Our guide Sath was very friendly, kind, and had a great vocabulary! He was so passionate to make sure everyone on the bus could see as much of Cambodia as possible in one day. The driver was a safe driver and great, and we had plenty of cold water. Cons: The tour list description on the Viator site says 5 hours, and I have an email from the tour operator saying it would be 5.5 hours. We made plans for the afternoon and were unable to do them because we were gone over 9 hours. While our guide had an excellent vocabulary, it was challenging to understand his accent. It was nice to see so many places, however, I often didn't know what we were looking at because it was hard to understand what he was saying.

It was by and large a comfortable journey. But the biggest negative point was that the car seats were non-reclining and, therefore, uncomfortable. Didn't expect this of a Lexus! The driver (if I remember his name correctly was Long), was the most careful driver, took no risks, and was the most courteous and polite person. I'd rate him 5-star, while the journey a 3-star because of the car seats.

Driver was on time for our pick up and kept us informed of progress ensuring we had regular comfort breaks.

We had an amazing guide in Siphat who really brought the story to life by sharing his personal experiences. It was an honour to spend some time with him and he went out of his way to be helpful. The luxury taxi was also very comfortable and well driven - However the was a very expensive tour $200 for 4 people and we still had to pay entrance to all the museums. Somebody is making a lot of money out of this trip snd I don’t think it is the guide or the driver .
