I went on an afternoon tour to Tonle Sap and Kompong Phluk during the dry season. Both the boat trip along the village and the walk in the village were a unique experience. We got the opportunity to experience daily life in the village by visiting a school and a house. I also loved to canoe trip through the flooded forest (optional, additional 5 USD). Our tour guide Jose was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The experience is ideal for those who do not have the time or the energy to go for a full day trip. The guide, Choub was really funny and knowledgeable. It was a nice and relaxing experience where we still had the chance to learn more.

The tour is surprisingly comprehensive and Guide Mr Nak is very knowledgeable. I learnt a lot about Angkor Wat and its history in this tour.

Great tour. Guide was named Choub , driver Ourn. Choub is personable and knowledgeable. Ourn a good driver.Site is fascinating, if not a bit sad due to the poverty. A fishing village.
