Amazing trip with young children

We took the tour on the 16th July we were traveling as a family with 2 young children 9 & 6 we were picked up from our hotel on time by our tour guide Mr Van Lonh ( George) in a mini bus which was very cool and in excellent condition, this was a small tour so we stopped at another hotel to pick up another group of 4 then it was on to the entrance of the Angkor complex to purchase our admission ticket, clearly explained to us what we had to do, it took about 5 minutes and we were on our way again to Angkor wat temple , we were taken in the opposite enterance to the main tour groups so there were very few people around which made it a pleasant walk to the temple free from the usual rush to get in. George was very clear in his English and was very educated and informative about what he was telling us, he was also great at interactive with our children which made it more interesting for them and kept their attention span up. As we made our way through the complex George knew the best places to take photos and best positions to be in, he was also really good at capturing the shot meaning we could all be in the picture. The tour was not rushed and and at the groups pace so we only moved on when we had seen everything and taken enough photos, we were picked up on the other side of Angkor wat at the main enterance where all of the larger tours were, those groups all seemed really busy and rushed so glad we were in a small personal group, being picked up there also meant we had walked all the way through the temple without re-tracing our footsteps. We were given cold water once back on the mini bus while we drive the short distance to the next temple where we again had plenty of time for looking round and the all important photo. We were then taken for a lovely lunch at a nearby restaurant that serve fresh Cambodian dishes. After lunch we visited another temple in the cast complex.I would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to see the main temples of the Angkor complex our guide George was amazing and anyone that has him would have a great day especially with young children

Full day small group Angkor Wat Tour

San was a great guide and went out of his way to ensure all group members were happy with his service and tour. He’s also a great photographer and took some great family photos! The tour of the temple was great and covered everything we needed to see, small group of 10 was also good, which included 5 from my family. Lunch stop was also good, clean, air conditioned and reasonably priced.

Impresionante

Fue una gran experiencia ver el amanecer en Angkor Wat y pasear alrededor de los templos. Pasar todo el dia conociendo los templos qué hay alrededor y regresar para luego ver el atardecer. Una maravillosa experiencia

We would recommend

We went with this tour based on Trip Advisor praise for the tour guide Choub. He was very knowledgable and happy to answer all our questions, which was great. We would definitely recommend this tour. You won’t get as much out of the places without a tour like this. Our only observation was that he perhaps needs to adapt his style a bit for smaller groups (we were 5 and normally tour has up to 15 people). He repeated lots of sentences (probably used to people at the back not hearing first time round) and he would stop every time we asked a question so that everyone could hear, which slowed us down when we wanted to get to the next place. With a small group of 5 we could have walked and talked and seen more. However these are minor points, we really enjoyed our day.

Very nice experience!

I travelled as a part of a group of 5 yesterday. On top of being patient and knowledgeable to answer all the questions that we had, our guide Choub was aware of our needs. He suggested us nice angles to take photos (and he took a lot of nice pictures for us), he knew the way to avoid the crowd, he handed us (or asked if we need) bottle of cold water every time we returned to the mini van, and made sure we have our belongings with us all the time. He returned the thin cardigan that I left on the van to the hotel after sending everybody back when the tour was over. Highly recommend this tour!

perfect english

Phearom spoke perfect english. His knowledge of the temples and Cambodian history was vast. He was personable and accomodating. The car was clean and had AC and the driver offered cold bottles of water after each temple visit. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company and this guide.
