Small-Group Explore Angkor Wat Tour with Guide from Siem Reap (6-7h)

Great experience. The temples were magnificent. Our guide, Nak, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot while exploring the temples with Nak, and we got many great photos too.

The day flew by and we were sad to say goodbye to Nak as we felt we left the tour knowing a lot more about Cambodia than we ever could have from google or even books - this was a top class tour. We didn’t fully appreciate how lucky we were until we got back to the hotel and we’re discussing our day with other guests that went on other tours and we realised that we had learnt so much more and our experience had been a lot more pleasurable. Thanks Nak!

This was a fantastic day exploring the majestic temples in Siem Reap. Our tour guide, Nak, was so kind and accommodating and help take great pictures. He is a fountain of knowledge and was able to share his wisdom with us in a really informative manner. He made sure that all our questions were answered and had so much knowledge beyond what we normally receive in tours. His genuine passion for Cambodia's history shone through and made the tour an amazing experience. I would recommend this tour to anyone in Siem Reap - it's worth your time to see this amazing place and learn about its past. Shout out to our bus driver Billy too for getting us everywhere safely :)

My wife and I are big fans of small group tours. We like to meet other travellers while receiving explanations. We like the more reasonable price point. But we had a lot of trouble finding small tours. It seems that most hotels push individual tours. Green Era Travel’s small group tour to Angkor Wat, Bayon in Angkor Thom, and Ta Prohm exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Nak, was terrific - knowledgeable and entertaining, he knew not to drown us with details while still providing fulsome explanations. The itinerary was great - 2 hours at the incredible Angkor Wat, an hour or so at Bayon, followed by a refreshing break for lunch. That gave us the strength to brave the heat and the humidity for our 3rd temple, the quirky and charming Ta Prohm. The van was very comfortable. The company supplied unlimited water to drink - rather necessary on a very hot day. And our fellow travellers were interesting and funny, very good company. All in all, a very successful outing. My wife and Iheartily recommend.

My tip for future travellers. Book the tour! Had such an interesting day visiting the three temples here in Siem Reap. All good, thanks to Nak for beeing an excellent tour guide and a nice friend today. And to Billy for the safe drive.
