Meet a guide at your hotel in Siem Reap, then begin the drive to Phnom Kulen in a climate-controlled vehicle, passing a series of local communities and lush forest.

The first stop of the day is a reclining Buddha image cut from a huge sandstone boulder in a hilltop temple that draws pilgrims from around Cambodia. From there, continue to the River of a Thousand Lingas, a riverbed that’s carved with images of phalluses and Hindu gods.

Another sacred site is Phnom Kulen Waterfalls, where you can cool off by swimming in the pool at the base of the falls. Throughout the day, take advantage of your time with a private guide to learn about the sites’ historic and cultural significance, enjoying the flexibility to explore each destination at your own pace.

Your tour ends with drop-off back at your hotel.

National Park and Waterfalls near Siem Reap

Our guide was fantastic. He arrived on time and greeted us at the hotel reception. The guide was dressed professionally, spoke excellent English and was kind and polite. Our guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the National Park and answered all of our questions. There was nothing that he did not know about the Park or waterfalls. Our guide made sure we had a great experience and even took time to take wonderful pictures. We are very happy and would highly recommend him for other travelers.

Great tour!

This tour is worth it! The tour guide, Nak, was very friendly and patient. The driver was safe. They were on time and did not rush through. Great drive outside Siem Reap to the Kulan Mountain. The tour does have stairs to access the reclining Buddha and waterfall. Highly recommend!

Excellent end to our time here

Good value for the money. Nak, our guide, was quite knowledgeable, and his grasp of English was helpful too. Visited some authentic vendors (at our request), rather than the generic ones along the route.

Kulen Mountain Tour with Mr Reaksa

Mr Reaksa arrived to pick us up in the morning directly from our hotel (which wasn't easy to get to) and was very friendly from the start, introducing himself and explaining a little about where we would be going. Kulen Mountain is around 90 minutes from where we stayed but on the way Mr Reaksa bought our tickets for us and filled the journey with his great local knowledge of the area, farming and villagers and some of the history of the countryside. Whilst at the mountain we saw the top of the 1000 Lingas River and learnt about its history, and proceeded to see the Reclining Buddha and the amazing landscape views. He then guided us through the village down to the waterfall, which has got to be one of the most incredible sights we've ever seen. We got up close and Mr Reaksa took some fantastic pictures for us! On the way back we stopped for dinner, where again the food was great, then as an extra we called into the Cambodian Landmine Museum, where could learn even more about the history of Cambodia, the Khymer Rouge, and the work of Aki Ra. Mr Reaksa then dropped us off right outside our hotel for a glorious round trip. If you're lucky enough to see Mr Reaksa in the morning, you're in for a truly amazing day!

캄보디아에서 갈만한 곳

그렇게 좋거나 감명깊지는 않지만 캄보디아에서 앙코르와트 빼고는 관광지가 거의 없으니 하루 정도 가보시는 것도 추천드립니다.

Wonderful tour with excellent tour guide

It was a wonderful visit to the Phnom Kulen waterfall and the river of the 1,000 Lingas. Han was a brilliant tour guide and very informative about the history of Cambodia and the various religious shrine at Phnom Kulen as well as the River of the 1000 Lingas and so much more. I was very impressed by his knowledge. He demonstrated great care in guiding me and helped with my bag, hat etc. It would be remiss of me if I do not mention how absolutely polite, patient and helpful he was during the entire trip... of course , not forgetting his kind help in taking photographs of me which will become an important part of my memories of this tour. My sincere thanks to Han for making this tour my best day in Siem Reap. I therefore would give Han 5* ++++++
