Siem Reap City to Siem Reap Angkor Airport by Private Car or Minivan (1h)

The new airport is quite a distance from the hotels in Siem Reap, so booking a ride prior to your arrival is recommended as pricing is transparent and reasonable. With mostly single lane country roads shared with various types transportation vehicles, including slower tuk tuks, our drive from the airport to the hotel in Siem Reap took roughly one hour. But the ride in an air conditioned Lexus SUV made for a comfortable journey. Our driver, Seiha, was ready and waiting for us as we exited the airport. He was an expert navigator and a very safe driver. He generously shared his knowledge about Siem Reap and briefly discussed its rich culture and history during the drive. I highly recommend this service.

Excellent customer service. Our flight was slightly delayed, and then we were waiting for luggage long time, however, the driver Samun has waited patiently for us. We were offered cold bottled water and wet towel to wash the face. It felt amazing to be welcome like that

It started out completely uncomfortable for me, because I found out about the airline changing the airport accidentally, no one informed me. But this trip was calm and the road to the new airport was quite comfortable and the price was lower than what other drivers offered.
