Excellent customer service. Our flight was slightly delayed, and then we were waiting for luggage long time, however, the driver Samun has waited patiently for us. We were offered cold bottled water and wet towel to wash the face. It felt amazing to be welcome like that

It started out completely uncomfortable for me, because I found out about the airline changing the airport accidentally, no one informed me. But this trip was calm and the road to the new airport was quite comfortable and the price was lower than what other drivers offered.

Samun, our driver, was great! -waiting for us on time, very informative about his country, he confirmed that SAI ( the new airport to Siem Reap) where we arrived took over the previous airport that just closed.
