Grand introduction to ancient temples and modern village life

Truly Excellent bundle of tours! We started with sunrise over Angkor Wat, toured that and surrounding temples for 2 days, and on the third we visited a fishing village (on stilts to stay dry during the rainy season), village market, and local cashew industry. The restaurants were excellent, our guide Sorphea's English was outstanding, and he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He identified and discussed many temple carvings that depicted figures and stories from the Ramayana and Mahabharata. He also explained the significance of the Apsara dance moves engraved on a temple pillar, fascinating! He and his driver, Sopheap, made a great team, attending to both our curiosity and our comfort, supplying cold water and cold damp towels regularly. We were sorry to leave!

Ankor Wat

Outstanding experience. The guide, Sorphea was extremely knowledgeable and seems to know the history and culture inside out. He brought the ancient sites to life, as well as the contemporary history of the area. The driver, Sopheap, got us everywhere safely and on time. He had a vonstant supply of cold water and cooling towels, particularly welcome in the heat

Wonderful experience.

Voath was a great guide, demonstrating a very pleasant attiude and attentive to the audience . He was extremely knowledeable and provided highly interesting explanations and background throughout the 3 days. We enjoyed every moment of the tour and the special treatment of receiving a cold wet towel and water to drink when returning to the car after each temple tour. The driver we had was also great safely and calmly navigating with a great customer approach

Siem Reap Tour with Lohn

Lohn was such an amazing tour guide, knew so much about every place we visited, gave us great background and stories from personal experience. He made the experience so much fun (we ate crickets and made an impromptu stop at a local high school to hang out with students our age) and took some amazing pictures for us! -thank you :)

Temples and floating village with Voath

My boyfriend and I wanted to be able to do as most as we could in the time we had available without the rustle of planning itinerary and transport. Booking this tour was the best thing we could have done! We had Voath as our guide and beyond all his incredible knowledge of the temples, with all the names and dates we could learn a lot about the local culture. The tour was really flexible accommodating what we wanted with the timings. We had a car with a driver for us all the time, always with fresh water quite needed at the local weather. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone in my family or friends.

Couldn’t ask for a better guide!

The temples and waterways of Siem Reap are a lifetime ‘must.’ For an experience that we’ve been planning for years, my girlfriend and I wanted to be sure that we’d be squeezing the most out of it without stress. Green Era Travel delivered an experience that couldn’t have been improved and we were especially lucky to get Voath, our guide. The process of organising was super easy and we were thrilled to have be with someone who was so well-informed about the sites we visited and Cambodia in general. If you’re looking for flexibility and a guaranteed level of professionalism, look no further!
