We decided to book the pickup service in advance to avoid the hassle at the airport and didn't regret it. Phearom Keo was very professional and friendly. We met him right in front of the arrival hall and got into the car within minutes and the ride to the hotel was pleasant. We'll definitely use the service back to the airport once again. Highly recommended!

Phearom picked me up at the airport to my hotel punctually in a Lexus. He is a safe and careful driver, and the ride was very comfortable. For my departure day, I arranged with him to take me to floating village Kompong Khleang and then to the airport. He helped me with the local communications, and at my request found me an excellent place to have a delicious Cambodian lunch. I would use Phearom’s services again, and do recommend him if you come to Siem Reap.

S. Seiha was our for our trip into Siem Reap from the airport. He was a very safe and informative driver, so we booked him for a half-day 'big tour' and for our return trip back to the airport. He provides cold water and cold towels for your journey, hugely appreciated especially on hot temple tours. Highly recommend!

It is my first time in Cambodia and naturally was a bit worried about airport transfers. Just managed to get a booking a day before my flight into Siem Reap. I think it is probably the cheapest option I could find. Due to the slow immigration clearance, I was late for the pickup. Fortunately, the driver waited and it turned out that my ride is only me (I thought my ride was a shared ride). My driver Phearom Keo can speak good English. He is a safe, patient and punctual driver. The drive into city center took about an hour and he was able to provide me with some basic information about Siem Reap. As I was unfamiliar with Siem Reap's transport system, I decided to book him for the days when I needed transport, including the last day's transfer back to the airport. Of course, these were agreed based on extra charges. Service wise, cold towel and cold drinks were offered which is a welcome relief as the weather in Siem Reap can be quite hot. In addition, he also brought me to good massage places and provided some tips on what Khmer food to try. Overall, it was a good and safe experience. Of course, one can choose other transport options (eg Grab with Tuk tuk) or street hail. But having a dedicated sedan driver is a much safer option.

Phearom was our driver for the day and he was incredible. He had cold water and cold towels when collecting us from the airport. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. Had great suggestions on places to go and even helped get us there. He spoke English very well which was extremely helpful for us as it was our first time in Cambodia. Can’t wait to book him again!

The experience was very professional and the driver spoke very good English. He was able to tell us what different buildings were on our trip into the city. He also helped with working out the currency and how much to tip. He offered suggestions of what to do around the city and some weren’t on our list but we are very glad we got to see them with his suggestions and driving us to these places. We will use him again in a heartbeat.
