Small-Group Explore Angkor Wat Tour with Guide from Siem Reap (6-7h)

As the title said, overall a fantastic day out at Ankor Wat. Amenities: There were 5 of us on the trip on the day we went so we were in a mini bus. Our driver(s) had lots of water bottles and lovely cold towels ready whenever we returned to the can from walking round a temple. Even though it was a cooler/overcast day it was much appreciated. We actually had two drivers since out first transport the AC stopped working, but they seemlessly swapped out the transport. Temples and the Guide: Voath was our guide for the day, he spoke great English, was full of facts, figures, and dates, of all the things at the temples we visited. Of course the majesty of the place takes over from any tour, but knowing even the little history I could absorb from our guide helped to bring the place to life, the fascinating back and forth between Hindu and Buddhist, all the different people who had had a hand in masking Ankor Wat what it is today. Voath was also always ready to offer to take photos, or stay a moment longer for someone and seemed to know how to take us round without being in the mass crush of all the other people that were also at the site with us. The one thing, I feel I have to mention that some may see as a negative, was that the lunch place was a little pricy compared to what we had found in Siem Reap, probably normal for the restaurants in the area vs the food stalls on the side of the road.

Sath fue un EXCELENTE guía y conductor para nosotros. Fue una excelente manera de visitar Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm y Bayon. La hora de inicio era a las 8:30 a. m. Luego procedió a pagar su boleto antes de visitar Angkor Wat, compitiendo por un lugar entre la multitud de otros turistas. El mes de julio era ideal para una visita. Explicó todo a fondo. Disfruta de su profesión y de las personas con las que viaja. Pude verlo con frecuencia cuidándonos para asegurarse de que no perdiera a ninguno de nosotros como una gran familia de 6 personas. Tiene una actitud amistosa y suele estar sonriendo. Él sabe cómo obtener las mejores fotos de cámara posibles usando el modo Panorámico en las cámaras de los teléfonos. Está continuamente señalándonos y explicándonos cosas. Había suficiente agua para beber. Muy recomendado

Had a wonderful time with our guide Voath. Compared to other trip advisor tours I have done this was very informative and only had my group of 2 and another family of 3! Best temple was definitely the last, Ta Phrom. Learned way more about Cambodian history than I expected to. Temples were not badly crowded compared to the tourist destinations in Thailand I’ve been to.

Trip to Angkor Wat was excellent. The guide Thom San was very friendly, informative and considerate and definitely added to the overall experience. The driver was also very good. Kind regards Jelves

Very good full day tour to Angor Wat with Phy as our guide. He is very helpful, full of knowledge about the area and on top of that he is great in picking the right spots for photography.

I had an enjoyable time with the guide (Phy) who spoke quite well and gave us some especially good stories regarding the carvings on the walls of the temples that we went to see (we saw Angkor Wat, Bayon and Ta Phrom). The car and driver, and overall service was really good. Every time we got back to the car, cold water and cold towels were served.

Had the most amazing trip with Phy our tour guide for the day. From start to finish we were kept informed with the incredible history delivered excellently from Phy. Great to go around all these stunning places by Tuk-tuk. The day is very well paced and since we were such a small group we were able to shape the day best to suit our needs! Was all round a wonderful experience and excellent value for money! The only slightly negative was the place for lunch, it was ok, but definitely would not go back there.

Seth and Mr. James Bond were exceptional tour guides. Seth taught us so much and was so patient with our many questions. One of the best tours I have ever been on. I would give 10 stars if possible
